About Me
My name is Tiffany Walker, and I bring 15 years of extensive experience as a Human Resources professional and Business Owner. My career spans across both the Corporate and not-for-profit sectors in Human Resources, along with owning a franchise business and reaching a leadership position in a multi-level marketing company. These diverse experiences enable me to offer valuable HR Consulting and Business/Leadership coaching services to a wide range of clients.
I specialize in Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Benefits administration. My passion lies in fostering dynamic workplaces that embrace change and developing leaders to cultivate a thriving organizational culture. As an ICF certified leadership coach, my focus is on supporting mid-level managers and assisting small to mid-size organizations that may lack the resources for high-cost HR services.
In my free time, I cherish moments with my three young adult daughters and my husband, my college sweetheart, with whom I’ve shared 27 wonderful years of marriage. Helping others and making a meaningful difference is my greatest source of energy and satisfaction.
